Mark has 30+ years of experience working within the events, hospitality and music industry. During this time, he has connected with a range of industry contacts and has been involved in the setting up and running of successful music festivals. His expertise ranges from event and music event planning, venue construction, and operations management, through to live event marketing and promotions. He is an innovator and explorer of new ideas with experience and connections in the field of affiliate and other marketing.
Chief Technical Officer
Mike is the founder and director of Progress Technology Ltd, which for the past 14 years has been involved in digital technology innovation working in partnership with forward-thinking companies such as Fujitsu. A programmer from a very early age, Mike progressed to the ranks of Technical Director of a pan-European Internet company over 20 years ago. Past and present Mike has been an Internet technology developer, software developer, data analyst, technology analyst and innovator. He is currently highly motivated in merging his business, online, digital and applied cryptography expertise.
Head of Platform Design
Paul has been a designer for 20+ years. As a founder and director of KC Web Design Ltd, he has worked with global brands such as Fujitsu, Geocell, VW, Crisis Action and more. Equally at home working on both web and product design, he has a large range of design, UX/UI, and web skills. Paul has also been a musician for many years including a brief musical career, festival appearances, a film score, and a wild trip to the Cannes Film Festival!
Head of Promotional Design
Ben has been a successful web designer and front-end developer for 12+ years, and he is proud to have had his work featured in Web Designer magazine. He has worked with a wide range of large scale clients and is responsible for designing a user interface for an interactive TV service available to 9 million people. In 2011 he set up The Tennessee Recording Company with Matchbox Twenty guitarist Kyle Cook and his long-time friend and collaborator Mike Fiorentino. Ben is a multi-disciplined web designer specialising in all of the key areas required to conceptualise, build, launch, and ensure the success of a website.
Head of Digital Communications
Libby began work for Thyssen Mannesmann Ltd as an international shipping manager responsible for contract negotiation and mill communications. She became a freelance digital specialist in 2003 consulting on digital content and online communications. She formed her own company ICC Digital in 2017 where she is director of communications specialising in IT services and financial service products.
Chief Security Officer
Simon is recognised as an expert in enterprise network security and is CISSP certified. He’s the founder of ITogether, and has 20+ years of experience providing corporate clients with world-class vendor portfolio and managed services including; high performance fixed and wireless data networking, network and physical security, managed and un-managed VoIP, converged services, voice and data mobility, carrier services, consolidation and virtualisation and storage technologies, managed services including managed network, security and voice.
Prior to founding ITogether in 2005, he was the Technical Lead for England at Sopra Newell & Budge and was the Northern Region Technical Team Lead for Harrierzeuros Ltd, part of Harrier Group Plc.
Head of Brand and Marketing
Emma has been an international marketer and branding expert for 25+ years. As a previous Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and she was elected Vice Chair of the CIM Regional Board Merseyside in 2010. After working within the world of corporate marketing for 18+ years she set up her own company – Bare Face Marketing – in 2009. She’s a highly experienced and competent marketer who is passionate about building strong and successful brands.
Larry has more than 2 decades of experience in the Silicon Valley Tech industry. He was a Product and Design executive at a number of companies including Apple Computer, Yahoo, eBay, IBM, and his own mobile startup. Now, he is a leadership coach and career advisor. He’s always had a passion for helping independent artists and entrepreneurs become more successful. He’s excited about the opportunity for Go To Hear to help music artists connect more directly with their fans, thus enabling them to make a living doing what they love.
Indie Band Guru
Forever a music lover, Keith has been everything from musician to promoter to manager to booking agent to publicist to blogger to record label founder to a degree from Berklee College of Music in Music Business. The music business has been a passion for as long as he can remember.
Keith has run the well respected IndieBandGuru.com music blog for the past 12 years. The site has featured thousands of independent bands helping them get the exposure they deserve. Artist development has been a recent focus helping guide musicians to the promised land of a successful career in music, doing what they truly love.
True Artist 360
Based in Las Vegas, Jeff had extensive experience as a performer sharing the stage with the likes of Peter Frampton, Michael McDonald, and America. As well as performing, he’s also a seasoned producer, promoter, booking agent, talent buyer, event coordinator, and road manager. He recently launched a tech startup venture – True Artist 360, a digital marketing agency and software platform specifically designed to serve the greater community of musicians, bands, solo artists, entertainers, performers, agencies, managers, and promoters.
Dan has 12 years of experience working within sales, marketing and the music industry where he has been everything from a sound and lighting engineer, website designer and online marketer to a band manager and music journalist. As well as being a seasoned sales person working with brands such as Vauxhall, Mercedes, Skoda and Allianz Insurance, he’s also a councillor in his home town of Settle and was elected Mayor in May 2018.
